Born and bred in Royal Sutton Coldfield, we’re experts on the local area and take the time to understand what’s unique and special about each home that we market.

We here to provide you with honest and straight-forward advice at every step,
coupled with our commitment to provide every customer with a personal,
seamless and highly responsive experience.

As well as benefiting from street-facing advertising in our Four Oaks estate agent office, all our properties are showcased on our own website as well as Rightmove –
which boasts 141 million visits every month.

We take the time to personally show potential tenants around each property,
providing insightful information on the property, the area and amenities.

To bring each property to life, we take the time to advise on how to present
each home stylishly and offer a range of extra services such as professional
photography and videography to help make your property stand out from
the rest.

Inspired by her lifelong passion for property, interior design and architecture,
MI Estates was founded in 2023 by Melissa Wilson.

After gaining more than a decade’s worth of experience progressing through
numerous positions at some of the Midlands most respected estate and
lettings agencies, Melissa realised her long-standing ambition of creating her
own lettings estated agency in her home town of Sutton Coldfield.

Having lived in Sutton Coldfield all of her life, Melissa knows and understands the local area, community and property market and is able offer expert insight into the best that the local area has to offer regarding property, amenities and entertainment.

With a positive, dedicated and diligent persona and a fastidious eye for detail,
Melissa has taken these personal attributes to form the business ethos and
values that MI Estates is built upon with the aim to make the process of
moving home as simple, straight-forward and stress free as possible.
